Andrew Kushnir 553cbaed84 refactor(compiler): update TemplateBinder and DirectiveBinder to work with defer blocks (#51162) ... This commit updates the logic of the TemplateBinder and DirectiveBinder classes to recognize defer blocks. The logic is updated to prevent Directive and Pipe matching inside the defer block.
