Kristiyan Kostadinov d42e02333a refactor(compiler): implement template type checking for if blocks (#51690) ... Adds support for template type checking inside `if` blocks. It is implemented by generating a JS `if` statement inside the TCB which allows us to do type narrowing of the expression.
