JoostK ce8720910d refactor(compiler-cli): remove ModuleWithProviders generic type transform (#41996) ... The `ModuleWithProviders` type has required a generic type since Angular 10, so it is no longer necessary for the compiler to transform usages of the `ModuleWithProviders` type without the generic type, as that should have been reported as a compile error.
