Kapunahele Wong b23c8bbec0 docs: improve accessibility of toh2 example (#40575) 
Increases contrast of example copy.
Explicitly references inputs from labels.
Updates screenshot of styles that aren't accessible.
Removes the term master.
Provides more detailed alternate text for the image.
Adds padding to input so it is an easier target for touch or pointer.
