Brian Ford 3963e0ab39 refactor(router): rename HTML5LocationStrategy to PathLocationStrategy ... "HTML5" is a bit confusing. We want to differentiate between persisting location state to the URL path, and the URL hash. Hence `PathLocationStrategy`.
