Miles Malerba a6a5fd7b7d refactor(forms): rename field state related to metdata (#64603) 
Renames the field state related to metadata to reflect the new
"metadata" name. In particular:
- `property(...)` is renamed to `metadata(...)`
- `hasProperty(...)` is renamed to `hasMetadata(...)`
