Matthieu Riegler a649d85de1 refactor(docs-infra): ensure we're not creating nested anchor elements. (#63352) ... With #63162, we added automatic link creation on API symbols. The side effect was that we created HTML in some specific cases. For example with the docs-card we could have nested anchor elements which is invalid.
