Alex Rickabaugh c59c390cdc fix: argument destructuring sometimes breaks strictNullChecks ... Destructuring of the form: function foo({a, b}: {a?, b?} = {}) breaks strictNullChecks, due to the TypeScript bug https://github.com/microsoft/typescript/issues/10078.
