Matthieu Riegler ba3e9eac92 feat(devtools): Improve Set support in component properties. (#49316) 
With this commit, Sets are displayed with the label Set(#) where # is the size of the set. They are not expandable/editable though.

Partial fix for #49312

Angular DevTools Backend

This directory contains the "backend" of Angular DevTools. This module interacts with the framework debugging APIs and responses to requests from the Angular DevTools extension.
