Zhicheng Wang 5f681f9745 fix(compiler): Don't strip /*# sourceURL ... */ (#16088) ... Currently, `shimCssText` only keep `/*# sourceMappingUrl ... */` comments and strip `/*# sourceURL ... */` comments.
