Payam Valadkhan 8c36f2d6f1 refactor(compiler-cli): ability to generate side effect imports (#53543) ... As the first step, the import manager's `generateSideEffectImport` method is implemented to enable it to store info for side effect imports. Next, the helper `addImports` is modified to be able to generate correct statement for side effect imports.
