Alex Rickabaugh 6f653e05f9 feat(compiler-cli): standalone types imported into NgModule scopes (#44973) ... This commit implements the next step of Angular's "standalone" functionality, by allowing directives/components/pipes declared as `standalone` to be imported into NgModules.
