AleksanderBodurri 6b06fa3f78 refactor(devtools): make bazel labels follow snake case convention
Previously, camel case was used for bazel labels in the devtools directory. This commit changes these labels to snake case except in the case where the label is identical to the directory name that the BUILD file is in.

SharedUtils

This library was generated with Angular CLI version 8.0.0.

Code scaffolding

Run ng generate component component-name --project shared-utils to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive|pipe|service|class|guard|interface|enum|module --project shared-utils.

Note: Don't forget to add --project shared-utils or else it will be added to the default project in your angular.json file.

Build

Run ng build shared-utils to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory.

Publishing

After building your library with ng build shared-utils, go to the dist folder cd dist/shared-utils and run npm publish.

Running unit tests

Run ng test shared-utils to execute the unit tests via Karma.
