Tobias Bosch 6a0cbb8a57 refactor(core): type ComponentRef, ComponentFactory and ComponentFixture by the component type 
BREAKING CHANGE:
- `ComponetRef`, `ComponentFactory`, `ComponentFixture` now all require a type
  parameter with the component type.
Closes #8361
