Matthieu Riegler 44d2ec5a05 refactor(devtools): guard value reads in the serializer (#64096) 
Some properties (like gets) might throw when we try to read them.
With this commit we fail gracefuly and show a warning message for the property that can't be read.

fixes #56755

Angular DevTools Backend

This directory contains the "backend" of Angular DevTools. This module interacts with the framework debugging APIs and responses to requests from the Angular DevTools extension.
