Dylan Hunn 3bc5bd6be4 refactor(compiler): Don't create i18n context ops for attribute bindings on structural templates (#53405) ... When a binding is present on an element with a structural directive, that binding is parsed onto *both* the synthetic `ng-template`, as well as the inner element.
