Dylan Hunn 32cfbb4306 refactor(compiler): Emit pure functions as arrow functions (#51961) ... We were previously emitting pure functions as `function foo(args) {return bar;}`, but `TemplateDefinitionBuilder` uses arrow functions instead (`const foo = (args) => bar`).
