Kristiyan Kostadinov 59c0106654 refactor(compiler): indicate whether potential import is forward reference (#48898) ... In the `PotentialImport` we indicate if it's in the same file by not setting a `moduleSpecifier`, but if that's the case, the imported symbol might need to be wrapped in a `forwardRef` to avoid generating an error.
