Daniel Trevino 2d8fc4a7ce refactor(compiler-cli): use TemplateDiagnostic in extended package (#43134) ... Return `TemplateDiagnostic` instead of `ts.Diagnostic` when getting the extended template diagnostics. This makes the integration with the language service easier.
