Kristiyan Kostadinov 50f95f831e refactor(compiler): remove TypeScript 4.7 compatibility code (#48470) ... We dropped support for TypeScript 4.7 in version 15, but we had to keep around the runtime code, because of g3. Now that g3 is on 4.8, we can remove the additional code.
