Andrew Scott 6acae1477a feat(core): Add TestBed.runInInjectionContext to help test functions which use inject (#47955) ... This commit adds `TestBed.runInInjectionContext` which is equivalent to `TestBed.inject(EnvironmentInjector).runInContext`.
