Kristiyan Kostadinov 0c8917b348 refactor(compiler): type check contents of control flow blocks (#51570) ... Adds type checking for the contents of `if`, `switch` and `for` blocks. **Note:** this is just an initial implementation to get some basic type checking working and to figure out the testing setup.
