bac5ba328e refactor(http): remove direct usage of HttpStatusCode (#55434)
PR #51670 removed the usage of `const enum`. As a consequence HttpStatusCode that were previously inlined now pull and retains the (fairly large) `HttpStatusCode` enum.

By intermediate constants, we prevent the framework from pulling this big enum by default.

d43c0e973f fix(http): Throw error when headers are supplied in JSONP request (#45210)
JSONP does not support headers being set on requests. This
enables JSONP to throw an error when headers are supplied
in the request to prevent attempts to set them.

BREAKING CHANGE: JSONP will throw an error when headers are set on a reques

JSONP does not support headers being set on requests. Before when
a request was sent to a JSONP backend that had headers set the headers
were ignored. The JSONP backend will now throw an error if it
receives a request that has any headers set. Any uses of JSONP
on requests with headers set will need to remove the headers
to avoid the error.

909b21aa29 refactor(http): change <script>'s ownerDocument in jsonp teardown (#36807)
handler

Cancel pending json handler by adopting its <script> element into
another document
(https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/scripting.html#execute-the-script-block)
This way the browser will prevent the script from being parsed and executed.

7671a1e40d fix(common): canceled JSONP requests won't throw console error with missing callback function (#36807)
This commit fixes a use-case where unsubscribing from a JSONP request will result in "Uncaught ReferenceError: ng_jsonp_callback_xy is not defined"
thrown into console. Unsubscribing won't remove its associated callback function because the requested script will finish
loading anyway and will try to call the handler.

6fe3a1de7f feat(http): expose a list of human-readable http status codes (#23548)
They aim to improve code readability.
Since they are defined by `const enum` they have zero runtime performance impact

39266654e6 fix(http): queue jsonp <script> tag onLoad event handler in microtask (#39512)
Before this change, when trying to load a JSONP script that calls the JSONP callback inside a
microtask, it will fail in Internet Explorer 11 and EdgeHTML. This commit changes the onLoad cleanup
to be queued after the loaded endpoint executed any potential microtask itself. This ensures that
the aforementioned browsers will first evaluate the loaded script calling the JSONP callback and
only then run the cleanup inside onLoad.

37797e2b4e feat(common): new HttpClient API
HttpClient is an evolution of the existing Angular HTTP API, which exists
alongside of it in a separate package, @angular/common/http. This structure
ensures that existing codebases can slowly migrate to the new API.

The new API improves significantly on the ergonomics and features of the legacy
API. A partial list of new features includes:

* Typed, synchronous response body access, including support for JSON body types
* JSON is an assumed default and no longer needs to be explicitly parsed
* Interceptors allow middleware logic to be inserted into the pipeline
* Immutable request/response objects
* Progress events for both request upload and response download
* Post-request verification & flush based testing framework
