63a857b874 fix(http): Don't on Passthru outside of reactive context 
Priori to this change, the InMemory API threw when request was emited outside an injection context and that request hit the passThru.
This commit fixes this.

5e209cb560 feat(core): remove TestBed.get (#60414) 
`TestBed.get` isn't type safe and has been deprecated for several years now. These changes remove it from the public API and a follow-up change will add an automated migration to `TestBed.inject`.

BREAKING CHANGE:
* `TestBed.get` has been removed. Use `TestBed.inject` instead.

291ba38623 fix(http): Don't override the backend when using the InMemoryWebAPI (#52425) 
When using `withFetch`,  the `PRIMARY_HTTP_BACKEND` token is set.

The InMemory Backend services will also set that token.

This means that providers order will matter and the latest on the list will be the one instantiated
