Priori to this change, the InMemory API threw when request was emited outside an injection context and that request hit the passThru.
This commit fixes this.
`TestBed.get` isn't type safe and has been deprecated for several years now. These changes remove it from the public API and a follow-up change will add an automated migration to `TestBed.inject`.

In combination with the TS `noImplicitOverride` compatibility changes,
we also want to follow the best-practice of adding `override` to
members which are implemented as part of abstract classes. This
commit fixes all instances which will be flagged as part of the
custom `no-implicit-override-abstract` TSLint rule.

`core-js` is a CJS package which cannot be used directly in the browser. `core-js-bundle` is the bundled version of the package which can be used in directly in the browser.
