* feat: incorporate UI Checkstyle CI rules into Claude workflow
- Rewrite frontend-reviewer agent with all 8 CI checkstyle checks:
lint-src (ESLint/Prettier/imports), license-header, i18n-sync,
lint-core-components, lint-playwright, app-docs, tsc checks
- Add hooks for console.log detection, i18n sync reminder, and
license header check on new files
- Add CI checkstyle commands to CLAUDE.md frontend section
- Add Playwright-specific lint rules (no-networkidle, no-pause, etc.)
- Address gitar-bot PR feedback: add note about connector skill refs
- Expand cross-layer checklist with frontend CI steps
