Rin a7f6cc8956 [utils] Fail immediately on extraction errors (#9926) ... utils: fail immediately on extraction errors Setting ContinueOnError to false ensures that ExtractArchive does not leave the model or backend directory in an inconsistent state if a partial failure occurs.
