Valeriy Van e3ea1903f7 Minor changes in WorkingRangeSectionController.swift
Summary:
Uses trailing block syntax calling URLSession.shared.dataTask,
uses guard statement inside that block.

- [x] All tests pass. Demo project builds and runs.
- [ ] I added tests, an experiment, or detailed why my change isn't tested.
- [x] I have reviewed the [contributing guide](https://github.com/Instagram/IGListKit/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md)

…uard statement inside that block.
