Tim Oliver 51a3cb140e Refactored inline header function to proper implementation file ... Summary: `objectsWithDuplicateIdentifiersRemoved` was originally defined as a static function entirely within the `IGListArrayUtilsInternal.h` header. However it appears that Xcode can't perform code coverage analysis on implementation code in header files, so the coverage for this function was getting skipped. This refactors the function so the code is properly arranged in an implementation file.
