Ryan Nystrom 3102852ce2 Remove IGListSectionType
Summary:
Removing the `IGListSectionType` protocol and adding default implementations into `IGListSectionController`.

- `numberOfItems` returns 1
- `cellForItemAtIndex:` asserts (have to return a cell)
- `didUpdateToObject:` no-ops
- `didSelectItemAtIndex:` no-ops

Fixes #168
